Honestly, I feel like streamers are looking for a place to live and work where they don't feel like ultra outcasts. This could be the place for us. We can use the resort for meet and greets with fans, police will live and work here too. The idea is that we have a safe place to be weird, without judgement. Some of us are into some really silly things (like foot smell and getting excited over farts), but we are also very creative and want a safe place to be our weird selves. We want to make money on our weird selves as well, but we want it to be safe for us and visitors both.

There can be carnival attractions, stand-up comedy shows, concerts, meet and greets. 

Living arrangements for the performers, away from visitor rooms. 

So many things can come from this. That 'album of the year' idea? It can be a competition amongst the guests, done daily even. Tell us what performer you heard say the 'magic word' or 'sound' and you get a free dinner/drink/vacation time? 

There can also be a 'family friendly' resort, right next to or across the street, where less debauchery takes place but is still one of the best resorts you have ever heard of (also for being loud and proud, but less on the 'single and ready to mingle' aspect!).
